This year’s National Palliative Care Week theme, “What’s Your Plan?”, reminds us all of the importance of planning ahead for the care we deserve. Here at Little Haven, an astounding 90% of our patients fulfill their end-of-life care wishes, far exceeding the national average. This is a testament to the expertise, dedication, and unwavering support of our team.
