Join Little Haven Palliative Care for our Live, Die and Grieve Well Community Forum—an opportunity to learn, reflect, and prepare. This event will explore living well for optimum quality of life, advance care planning, legal and financial considerations, end-of-life decision making, the science of dying, available care options, and voluntary assisted dying.
