The annual Little Haven Memorial Service provides a chance for the community to reflect on the memory of loved ones and pay tribute to the patients we have cared for over the past year.
All family, friends, relatives and health professionals are invited to join the Little Haven staff and volunteers at this peaceful, non denominational service of remembrance – the culmination of Little Haven Week 2018
