Little Haven Palliative Care has an opening for a Registered or Clinical Nurse with relevant palliative care / community health experience to join our highly respected team of caring professionals.
Little Haven Palliative Care has a proud history of providing gold standard community based palliative care and bereavement support to families in the picturesque Gympie and Cooloola Coast region. A sector leader, we provide comprehensive holistic care to patient and family in their own home ~ responsive to needs on a 24/7 basis.
If you’re a registered nurse with recent relevant experience, empathy for the dying and wish to join our supportive team we’d love to hear from you.
Hours of work: Min 24 hours/week with on call component.
Salary Packaging with Remuneration based on qualifications provided
Applicants must reside within the service catchment area (or be prepared to relocate to our beautiful region) and must have
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
- Current Drivers’ Licence
- Up to date knowledge of National Palliative Care Standards and advanced Clinical Skills.
Immediate start with mentoring and ongoing education provided
